Bu-Bu San it's fine for now, the closed beta and staff recruitment will be up as soon as we have some guidelines. It won't be too long at this stage.
I only post what I bought. My uploads are for those who share the same taste but could not easily import them. If you can buy the game, please do it to support the company.

Update:
The main design code base is done, most of basic tagging guidelines is done as well, therefore, we are looking at a date for the invitation of the closed beta. Stay tuned.
Position is likely available for:
Taggers and Wiki Editors
Requirements: Can read and write English well, willing to look through thousands of images to tag
Contributors (Uploaders)
Requirements: Can read English well, have some knowledge of the ripping process, or willing to learn. Have decent unmetered internet connection (you're expected to upload several GBs of images per game), have decent computer (ripping takes a lot of processing power) with a lot of space (500GB of spare space is just a start)
Coders or Designers (I don't think anyone gonna apply these positions since it's quite... hard)
Requirements: Varies.

Here is the current situation:
It takes me 2 - 7 days (worst case) to rip/process a game, and 3 days to 14 days to optimize a set of a PNG using a Nehalem-Lynnfield quad core CPU. I also have 1TB of the test drive ripping machine.
Neither the CPU nor the space are enough for this task. I've decided to build something else: 9 or 12TB of space RAID-10 + 256GB Crucial M4 cope with the AMD Piledriver FX-8350 (8 cores @ 4GHz) with decent amount of RAM (8-16GB of RAM)
There will be another machine, a core i5 2500K (late 2011) with all SSDs for whatever task that need extra speed/power.
This Project just grow itself to some [godlike] amount of resources (time, money, and manpower) I've ever imagined, I underestimated it.
Because I'm still enjoying my sweet vacation (ichaicha with my kouhai irl, I don't want to be Forever Alone!) this system won't be finished until July anyway. I'll try to make do with what I have on hands right now.

Small update:
- REAPER unit(s) are being built and customized. These are very fast computer (8 cores @ 4.3Ghz, can crank to 5Ghz) design to rip CG in a very efficient manner. More Info Here.
- Codes and Networks are being optimized for the potential traffic that may come because of many unforeseen events developed in the past months.
